Experience and Interests
Morgan has worked at the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center for 10 years and is an ATRA (American Therapeutic Recreation Association) member. Her areas of clinical concentration are brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, and oncology patients. Morgan has been accepted to present at 2 national conferences. Before her days at the OSUWMC she was an activity therapist with the Franklin Country Department of Developmental Disabilities. Since joining the team at Dodd Hall, Morgan has furthered her interests and knowledge by obtaining a Level II certification in Reiki. Morgan and her departmental partner began the CRE (Community Re-Entry) program that assists patients with getting back into the community after they are discharged. Morgan enjoys using various activities and resources to improve a patient’s emotional, physical and mental well-being.
