Melanie E. Swan is the Associate Director of Inpatient Rehabilitation services for The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center Dodd Rehabilitation Hospital. She oversees program development, staff enrichment, CARF accreditation, regulatory compliance, and outcomes for Dodd Rehabilitation Hospital. Her areas of clinical expertise include stroke, brain injury, behavior management, ergonomics, chronic pain, and disability ethics.

In addition to patient care, Dr. Banhos is the physical therapy Team Lead for Education and Evidence Based Practice at Dodd Rehabilitation Hospital. She is responsible for ensuring therapy practices reflect the most current and effective evidence-based interventions for patients. She graduated as the 2012 Physical Therapy Neurologic Resident at Ohio State, and is now a Board Certified Specialist in Neurologic PT.

Todd Blind is a Manager for Dodd Rehabilitation Hospital at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. He oversees the CARF Accredited Spinal Cord Specialty Program, CARF Accredited Brain Injury Specialty Program, CARF Accredited Cancer Rehabilitation Specialty Program, and Inpatient Psychiatry Recreational Therapy at Harding Hospital. His clinical interests include psychosocial adjustment to disability and community reintegration for adult and pediatric rehabilitation patients.

Stephanie Cooley is the Team Lead for Compliance and Conformity responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and access to care for therapy services at Dodd Rehabilitation Hospital. She works primarily with patients on the spinal cord injury, brain injury and oncology rehabilitation services. She received her Assisted Technology Professional certification in 2012 and oversees the Inpatient Wheelchair Clinic at Dodd Hall.

David Haley is a Manager for Dodd Rehabilitation Hospital at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. He oversees the CARF Accredited Stroke Specialty Program and the General Rehabilitation Program. He primarily works with patients on the vascular, oncology and general medicine services and has been a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy since 2014. Dave has been an APTA member for the entirety of his career and remains active in various community activities advocating for patients and the profession.

Jodi Jones is the Team Lead for Compliance and Conformity responsible for ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards at Dodd Rehabilitation Hospital. She works primarily with patients on the vascular, oncology, and general rehabilitation services. She particularly enjoys working with patients with visual-perceptual deficits following brain injury in our Neurovision Clinic.
