Feeling good and leading a healthy lifestyle go hand in hand. Living Well can help you get there, providing a complete approach to weight management. The Living Well program offers three or six month options and features weekly education classes.
Living Well Phase 1
During orientation, your resting metabolic rate will be determined using the MedGem®, a state-of-the-art medical device that measures the number of calories you need to maintain your current weight. A dietitian will then work with you to set up an individualized meal plan to support your weight loss goals.
