Living Well focuses on your complete health and wellness.

LivingWell

Feeling good and leading a healthy lifestyle go hand in hand. Living Well can help you get there, providing a complete approach to weight management. The Living Well program runs for six months and features weekly education classes. It also includes a personalized 3.5-hour orientation.

Living Well Phase 1

During orientation, your resting metabolic rate will be determined using the MedGem®, a state-of-the-art medical device that measures the number of calories you need to maintain your current weight. A dietitian will then work with you to set up an individualized meal plan to support your weight loss goals. In addition, you will work with an exercise physiologist to complete a fitness evaluation and design a personalized exercise plan. A certified health coach will then help you develop strategies for success.
