Our certified diabetes educators can help you to manage your diabetes better.
Our goal is to help you manage your diabetes to the best of your ability so that you can prevent long-term diabetes complications. A team of physicians, nurses, dietitians and certified diabetic educators provides group and one-on-one classes. We also organize community diabetes education programs to share the latest information on prevention and treatment of diabetes, as well as new technologies.
The Scarlet and Gray Way
The Scarlet and Gray Way to Diabetes Self-Management Education Program offers comprehensive services to patients with type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes and pre-diabetes. Our program's goal is to provide instruction and technologies to help each patient manage the diabetes to the best of his or her ability. We believe that through education, people living with diabetes can achieve therapeutic goals and, in the long run, prevent long-term diabetes complications. All patients must have a physician referral before being scheduled for diabetes education classes.
