Our Women’s Sexual Health Clinic offers multidisciplinary care for women’s sexual health and wellness. We provide patients and their partners with all components of expert-driven care in one location. We contribute to the field of research in understanding female sexual dysfunction by establishing and evaluating evidence-based treatments. Our main areas of focus include libido, desire, pleasure, sexual health related to menopause and perimenopause, and sexual pain disorders.
If you had awful migraines, you’d see a doctor. If you broke your arm, you’d see a doctor. If you suffered from a heart attack, you’d see a doctor. If you’re having issues with your sexual health, come see us. Just like any other health issue, when a problem arises, it needs to be addressed.
Sexual health is a state of physical, mental and social well-being in relation to sexuality, according to the World Health Organization. It involves a positive and respectful approach to sexuality and sexual relationships, as well as the possibility of having pleasurable and safe sexual experiences, free of coercion, discrimination and violence.
Female sexual dysfunction is when you or your significant other feels unsatisfied with your sexual experience. It has many causes, including anxiety, depression, infertility, sexual abuse or menopause. Our goal is to address all of your concerns and help you figure out how to achieve sexual satisfaction.
