What is MIM-30?
MIM-30 is the latest version of our mindfulness program, now in a convenient 30-minute format designed to fit your busy schedule. Whether you're new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this program offers valuable tools to manage stress and enhance overall well-being.
The benefits of mindfulness are backed by years of evidence-based research. In fact, Mindfulness In Motion (MIM) has led to a 33% reduction in burnout among employees at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, with significant improvements in both resilience and work engagement.
Join colleagues at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center for eight weeks of programming tailored to fit your demanding schedule.

What to expect
Join a one-hour introductory session and then choose one of many 30-minute sessions for following seven weeks of programming.
During the session you will be greeted by your trained facilitator and welcomed to the weekly topic. You will then measure your breath count, which is an informal measure of your parasympathetic nervous system. This number will be compared to the breath count you take after the session is complete.
The session follows the pattern of watching an educational video on the science behind the weekly theme, engaging in a community discussion led by your facilitator, and ending with gentle yoga and meditation.
Facilitators conclude each session with a closing breath count and reminders for the upcoming week.
Choose from in person and virtual options. All employees of the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center are eligible to join at no cost, thanks to support from the Gabbe Well-Being Office.
