Decrease stress and increase resiliency
The Center for Integrative Health's Mindful Aging program is a research-based 8-week initial program, plus an additional 6-months of mobile app access. Participants will learn strategies to stay in the present moment.
Dr. Maryanna Klatt, the director of the Center for Integrative Health and creator of Mindfulness in Motion is the instructor of this program. Dr. Klatt is a trained mindfulness and yoga instructor.
Topics include:
- The benefits of mindfulness and meditation
- Identifying the stressors of aging.
- Mindful sleeping, eating, breathing
- Gentle stretching
Thursdays from June 11 through July 30, 10:00–11:15 a.m., at the OSU Center for Integrative Health located in the Upper Arlington Bob Crane Community Center. Led by program alumni and trained facilitator, Thom Wendt.

Pricing is $250 and includes eight-session program plus additional six months of mobile app access, weekly emails and monthly refreshers.
