The Legacy of Thomas E. Rardin, MD
This clinic is dedicated in honor of Thomas E. Rardin, MD, a pioneering leader in Ohio who helped establish family practice as a recognized medical specialty nationwide and Ohio State’s first family medicine residency program.
Family Medicine Residency Training Program
As part of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center’s mission, we train the next generation of primary care physicians. This practice is home to our Family and Community Medicine residency program. Participants are medical school graduates seeking specialized training in family medicine. Referred to as “residents,” these individuals provide patient care at this location as part of their residency training.
