Everything you need to know about parking at our hospitals and facilities
Our goal is to make sure every step of your health care experience at Ohio State is as pleasant and stress-free as possible. Every day, our campus is a bustling complex with over 100,000 doctors, nurses, researchers, medical students, support staff, patients and visitors coming and going. That’s why we want to do everything we can to help you find where you need to go, including the best options for parking.
- Off-campus parking: Health care locations off The Ohio State University campus have free surface lot parking. Search our locations page to get a full list of services, directions, visitor information and parking details for specific locations.
- On-campus parking: For on-campus parking, patients and visitors can pay a reduced parking fee by getting their ticket validated.
If you have mobility concerns, contact your doctor’s office prior to your appointment for recommendations on parking and arrival.
Where to park
Handicapped (ADA accessible) parking is available at all health care locations. Please note, you’ll need to pay the posted hourly parking rates and display your state-issued disability placard.

Pay a reduced parking fee with validated ticket.
Bring your ticket with you to your appointment and have it validated at any information desk. Any patient and visitor can have their parking validated.
Free patient courtesy shuttles provide transportation for patients and their visitors to and from medical center garages and hospital buildings. To request a ride, please visit any information desk or call 614-293-8669.
For most patients and visitors, self-parking in a garage with a validated parking ticket is the most cost-effective option.
Parking costs are set by CampusParc, a private company that manages all parking facilities on The Ohio State University campus. To find current rates for medical center garages, please visit the CampusParc website.
To pay a reduced fee, bring your parking garage ticket to any information desk to be validated.
Select locations offer valet parking services. As of 6/1/24, cost is $10 per day for valet parking.
