The following list of clinics were developed to support those living with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease and other cognitive disease, and their caregivers.

Huntington’s Disease Center Multidisciplinary Clinic

  • Clinic focus: Provide comprehensive evaluation and management of the wide spectrum of complex symptoms associated with Huntington’s disease, supporting optimal patient care and quality of life. 
  • National organizations and affiliations: Huntington’s Disease Society of America Center of Excellence 
  • Research: Participates in the Huntington Study Group.

Young Onset Dementia Clinic

  • Clinic focus: Provide comprehensive evaluation, management and treatment of neurodegenerative conditions causing cognitive impairment and/or behavioral changes in individuals under 65, supporting optimal function and quality of life.
